Jobi: We Will Win Playoffs

Despite Palace's recent 1-2 loss to Derby, Jobi McAnuff believes the Eagles will be favored for promotion due the club's recent playoff experience. Let's hope, because it's gonna take some sort of advantage for Palace to return to the top flight.

Leeds 0-1 Crystal Palace

Palace snatch an important (and timely) three points after winning at Leeds behind a 44th -minute goal from Jobi McAnuff. Jobi has really been playing well of late--that's three goals in three games!

Crystal Palace 2-2 Ipswich

Palace take only a point away from their clash with Ipswich at Selhurst Park. Palace really should have taken all three points today, especially after Ricardo Fuller was ejected for Ipswich at the 80' mark. Palace's goals came from Aki Riihilahti and Clinton Morrison.

No Plans to Bring Torghelle Back Yet

CPFC director of football Bob Dowie has said that the club have no plans of bringing back Hungarian international Sandor Torghelle early from Greek side Panathinakos. And now you know.

Hoosiers

Oddly, AbCrack is stepping out of its normal role and commenting on basketball today. Kudos to Rod Wilmont for nearly willing Indiana to a win today over Ohio State. Hate to lose to cheating schools like OSU and UK, but it happens. Good luck to the team in the NCAAs.

Next Up for CPFC: Stoke City

Palace face Stoke City at Britannia Stadium on March 13. The Potters, current 15th in the Championship table, lost 0-2 to Palace at Selhurst earlier this season.

McBride Signs Again with Fulham

AbCrack has no love for the Cottagers, but it's nice to see Brian McBride get some love from Fulham.

Should AJ Play this Summer for Engerlund?

Jamesey over at the Homesdae thinks not. He thinks that AJ ruined his chances by sticking with Palace even after last year's relegation. Harsh. Surely there is some room to reward loyalty among footballers, no?

Crystal Palace 1-2 Leeds

Ugh. Palace gained no points in their clash with Leeds at Selhurst Park. The Eagles remain firmly within the playoff picture, but hopes for automatic promotion have dissipated.
